We will fly a service technician to your batting cage for 1-4 days to install your equipment and/or netting, the amount of days required will depend on the size of cage, configuration of cage, and items needing to be installed. Our technician will install your new or used equipment & netting, test and verify the equipment is in working order, set the machines to factory specifications for correct speed, height, and center of plate pitches, and perform a maintenance and operations safety meeting with your employees. In just a couple days, Pro Sport Installations will turn your pallets of equipment into a functioning batting cage that’s ready for business!

Pro Sport Installations will fly a service technician to your batting cage to repair your equipment. The service technician will thoroughly inspect your equipment and diagnose any problems you may be having. The service technician will write a report indicating what repairs are needed and note any potential problems, then discuss these details with you and perform whatever repairs you choose to have completed. Upon request, the Service Technician can also spend time training your employees on troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and operational safety of your batting cage. Typically service visits are 2 days if we are performing the needed repairs. We can do a 1 day visit If you only want us to evaluate and report needed repairs, and you perform the repairs.
Pro Sport Installations will fly a service technician to your batting cage twice a year for a 1 day visit to perform a spring startup and a fall winterization of your batting cage.
During the fall winterization visit the service technician will winterize your cage by removing your pitching machines, balls, and light boxes and preparing the items for storage. The service technician will also remove the conveyor bottom end section from the sump hole and lower your canopy net. If you do not have a protected area for storage of the equipment, the service technician will winterize items by placing a garbage bag over the items and sealing the bags. All of the steps listed above are critical for extending the life of your equipment and netting.
During the spring setup visit the service technician will reinstall the pitching machines and light boxes, lower the conveyor bottom back into the sump hole and adjust the conveyor belt tension. The service technician will also fill the conveyor system with proper quantity of balls, perform preventative maintenance on your equipment by greasing the bearings, tightening loose hardware, visually inspecting drive belts and verifying equipment is in working condition. The pitching machines will be pitched out and checked for accuracy in speed, height and center of plate pitches. The Service technician will raise your net and verify it is secured properly and that the winch, cable, and hook rope are in working condition.
